  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. International shipping may take longer depending on the destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: For those who need their SkyNest™️ Pillow sooner, we offer expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. However, we do offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. SkyNest™️ Pillow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • SkyNest™️ Pillow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you encounter any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
